Yes, 100% YES.. You are still the owner of your artwork and can withdraw the artwork at anytime, with Individual Threads you are just giving us the permission to print your artwork in exchange for a 10% commission.
At Individual Threads we decided on a fair and simple amount to offer our artists which is 10% so for each garment we sell with your design you will receive 10% of the total cost.
As well as the first printed t shirt with your design, an Individual threads T Shirt, Profile on the Individual threads website, stickers & a goodie bag.
Eg. You sell 40 t shirts and 10 sweaters with your design in one month you would earn £110.00
You are paid for the items sold with your design on at the end of the month; this would be paid into your bank account via bank transfer.
Once artwork is placed in the community and there is a buzz around your work, one of our team will contact you to confirm that you would like your artwork to be published for sale on our website.
We won’t accept anything racist, pornographic, or anything that could commonly be considered offensive. We also cannot accept designs with other logos, most celebrity likenesses, or copyrighted material.
Currently submissions are chosen from both the community activity around certain artwork as well as our decision on artwork
Due to all garments printed by Individual Threads printed by hand we are currently only printing designs with 2 colours however this is hoping to grow as the company expands.
On the community it is best to submit Jpeg, but when you artwork will get chosen we wish to have the artwork in a vector format such as PDF. We do not accept artwork that is photographed so all final submissions must be scanned or computer graphics.

Not at all, although we are a UK based company we love to get an international audience with some of our current artist from Cyprus, USA & Trinidad.
We prefer the raw files of any artwork so we can best match the artwork to your vision.
No. The only part we ask is that the artwork is submitted as a high resolution design though,

Yes this is very important, as an artist you must pay TAX on your commissions earned from Individual Threads.
Individual Threads offer artists a minimum of 10% commission of the selling price of the artwork.

No as a self employed artist it is down to the artist to register and pay taxes.
